We are excited to invite applications for a Clinical Assistant Professor to join our dynamic undergraduate nursing program. This fulltime, onsite faculty role offers the opportunity to shape the next generation of nurses through engaging clinical instruction, impactful classroom teaching, and innovative simulationbased learning.
Qualified candidates will hold an earned MSN and be eligible for RN licensure in Indiana. This nontenure track position is designed for educators who are passionate about clinical excellence and student success, with a primary focus on teaching rather than research.

Preferred candidates will demonstrate a strong record of collegiality, innovation, and creative teaching practices, particularly during periods of growth and change. Current or recent experience in critical care nursing, medicalsurgical nursing, and RNtoBSN instruction is highly desirable.
Salary and academic rank will be commensurate with the candidate’s education and experience.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
A master’s degree in nursing
Evidence of eligibility for licensure in Indiana
Minimum of 3 years of practice as a registered nurse (RN)
Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and student success
Demonstrated ability to work in a professional and collaborative team environment
Experience as a nursing educator, as well as certification as a Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) considered a plus. Classroom, simulation laboratory, and clinical teaching experience strongly preferred.
